Series quality from the prototype onwards. Because we manufacture on series machines, we guarantee maximum precision, cost-efficiency and process reliability from the very start – whatever the batch size.
We manufacture demanding turned parts – currently in a diameter range from 2 to 32 mm, and beyond that on request. This is made possible by our modern machinery, tight concentricity and dimensional tolerances, and decades of experience in series production. Our external tool grinding shop, located on site at our Bretten headquarters, allows tooling solutions to be implemented quickly and close to the process. For machining we use exclusively 3-metre bar stock and process a wide range of materials.

Series production without limits
Our capacities are designed for efficient series production at the highest precision. From small parts to larger diameters, we manufacture economically and reliably – from annual quantities of around 20,000 units up to several million parts. This gives our customers maximum flexibility at consistently high quality.

From the idea straight into series production
From the initial idea through to series production, we help make components technically feasible and cost-optimised at the same time. We produce prototypes directly on our series machines – a decisive advantage for securing quality and processes from the outset. Supported by our tool grinding shop in Bretten, we create solutions that can be realised reliably even with tight tolerances and unusual geometries.
