WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION

The integrity and legal compliance of our company are of the highest priority to us. We have therefore set up a whistleblowing system through which irregularities, breaches of applicable law or internal policies, and imminent harm connected with our company can be reported.

We undertake to treat all incoming reports confidentially and to protect the identity of whistleblowers and of the persons affected by a report, as far as this is legally possible. Reports may also be submitted anonymously.

Whistleblowers who report a breach in good faith are protected against professional disadvantage. Reprisals against whistleblowers, or against persons who support them, are prohibited.
