Our machinery is designed for maximum precision and combines CNC- and cam-controlled multi-spindle machines, combined systems as well as single-spindle, hard-turning and rotary transfer machines. We process a wide range of raw materials – from stainless steel and free-cutting steel to copper alloys, aluminium and brass – exactly to specification, with tolerances at the physical limits of what is feasible. With our own hardening furnace, blasting, lapping, grinding and assembly, we offer a depth of manufacturing that sets the standard. Every component is 100% inspected – automatically or manually – for uncompromising quality in small and large series.
Our processes meet the highest international standards and are certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
