ISO 14064-1 verification for Klumpp GmbH & Co. KG

As part of our environmental management system, we have prepared our greenhouse gas inventory in accordance with ISO 14064-1 and had it verified to ISO 14064-3. The basis for this was our consumption during the 2021 calendar year.

The assessment covered direct emissions at the Bretten site (Scope 1) together with the direct and indirect emissions arising from the purchase and use of energy sources (Scope 2). The aim of this inventory was to create transparency about how our emissions are composed. The task now is to improve this balance through appropriate measures and innovations, and so make our contribution to counteracting climate change.
