Quality Assurance Specialist, Full-Time (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for specifications and for monitoring product and delivery quality
• Preparing, defining and releasing quality management plans (FMEAs, PQPs, inspection plans, FSKs, initial sample inspection reports (EMPB), defect catalogues, etc.)
• Responsibility for carrying out initial sample inspection reports (EMPB) including WAZ testing and IMDS entries
• Monitoring inspections and their specifications in ongoing production
• Quarantining parts
• Responsibility for handling internal and external complaints
• Coordinating the metrology room
• Responsibility for requalification testing
• Contributing to manufacturing feasibility assessments / TLG
• Supporting production with metrology data
• Preparing work instructions
• Optimising internal process sequences within your area of responsibility
• Contributing to project work and special tasks in consultation with the management
• Evaluating and maintaining key performance indicators

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in a technical field or a comparable qualification
• Further training as a quality specialist is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Additional knowledge of quality assurance and measuring techniques
• Written and spoken English
• Teamworking and communication skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of the automotive core tools and of problem-solving techniques
